IT Project Management / Team Lead

Main Responsibilities

• Contribute significantly to the company’s technical vision and lead the execution of technology strategy in Software Development and other IT Services
• Develop ideas for additional signature services or products we want to create
• Lead and develop a qualified and committed technology team, supervise
• research and development, as well as project management.
• Constantly improve technical standards and ensure adherence to them for software development and maintenance/support
• Identify technology trends and integrate them in the company’s development
• Establish efficient processes to ensure project objectives are achieved, risks are managed appropriately, resources are utilized reasonably
• Support the Pre-Sales/Sales Process in providing estimates, timelines and requirements analysis
• Establish strong client & team relationships in general, based on expertise & excellent Consulting skills
• Share knowledge, mentor, and educate the organization’s management, customers with regard to the company’s technological vision, opportunities, and challenges

Requirements

• Any Nationality, German/European Background is an advantage
• Master Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of Senior experience in Software Development, Software Architecture
• Excellent skills and expertise in high level Software programming, design, consulting & project management
• Ability to create estimates, proposals, project plans and competent IT documentation
• Advanced skills in the application and delivery of Quality Management concepts and methodologies as well as staff development programs
• Ability to demonstrate mature judgment, flexibility, diplomacy, a good sense of humor
• Ability to relate well to all employees and stakeholders, motivate with Passion and Enthusiasm for advanced technology solutions
• Fluent in English on highly professional level, written and spoken is a MUST
