IT Consultant/IT Specialist/Senior System Engineer
Requirements
- Any Nationality, male or female
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in IT Systems Support & Services
- Strong with Microsoft Technologies, Windows OS
- Strong knowledge, experience in implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting of physical servers, virtual machines, Microsoft 365, Cloud services, network
- Strong knowledge and experience in monitoring systems and log analysis
- Solid Expertise in Risk Management, IT Security, Endpoint Security, Data Protection; Firewall, Backup, Antivirus
- Excellent competency in general IT Infrastructure support & proactive IT Consulting
- Ability to create, follow up and follow through with IT Plans, Policies, IT Budgets and IT documentation
- Strong Knowledge of IT Audits, License compliance, Asset Management, Quality Assurance
- Cisco, ITIL, ISO, CompTIA, CISSP and Microsoft certificates will be an advantage
- Fluent and confident in English language, written and verbally, is a MUST, other languages as German, French are a PLUS
- Reliable Experience with L2/L3 support
- Comfortable with travel within Bangkok and outer areas
